Winston Bartholomew Holder Ill, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, was awarded a full scholarship to Howard University's School of Architecture and after working in the field for a while, he realized that he was unable to exercise his creativity to the fullest.
While researching career alternatives, he discovered that several fashion designers he admired including Tom Ford, Zaha Hadid, and Virgil Abloh also began their creative journey in architecture. He taught himself how to draw patterns, cut, sew, and brand his fashion creations.
Working for 20 years in the industry he has worked alongside creatives such as Snoop Dogg and Fivio Foreign. Barth was recently the winner of the HBO series The Hype Season 2, where he competed against other talented designers to create innovative and unique streetwear designs.
